Historic Pakistan Independence Day Celebration at Portsmouth Guildhall!

Portsmouth made history at the iconic City Council Guildhall! Families from across the city gathered to witness a truly special moment as the President of Portsmouth Pakistani Association, Lord Mayor of Portsmouth and the First Secretary of the Pakistan High Commission in London led a flag-hoisting ceremony to celebrate Pakistan’s Independence Day.

The event was filled with pride and unity, bringing together our diverse community in a beautiful display of friendship and cultural appreciation. After the ceremony, participants enjoyed a delicious traditional Pakistani breakfast in the Lord Mayor’s Banqueting Hall.
